The Kansas City Chiefs (10-2) begin a tough three-game stretch this week that starts off with the Baltimore Ravens (7-5), a team that has won three consecutive games and is in the thick of the playoff race in the AFC.
The Chiefs, who are coming off a 40-33 win at Oakland, can clinch a playoff berth with a win over the Ravens at Arrowhead Sunday, but it might not come easy. They’ll need to get it done against a defense that ranks first overall in yards allowed per game (281.7), second in passing yards allowed per game (194.4), third in rushing yards allowed per game (87.3), and first in points allowed per game (17.8).
It makes for a tantalizing matchup, considering the Chiefs are leading the league in scoring at 37 points per game.
Can the Ravens further establish themselves as a legitimate playoff threat and be the team to slow down Kansas City? Or will the Chiefs do the opposite and send the Ravens defense back down to earth?
Here’s a look at the lineups that could take the field when the two teams play Sunday (1 p.m. ET).
